Custom and personalized orders
I love creating personalized pieces! For custom wall art orders, here's how the process works:
Message me with your request and any details (names, dates, colors, style preferences)
I'll confirm the order and timeline with you before you purchase
You'll receive a proof for approval before I send the final files
Final files are delivered once you approve the proof
Please allow 2–4 business days for custom order turnaround. Rush requests may be accommodated — just ask!
Commercial Use
A commercial use license is included with every purchase at no extra charge.
This means you may use the files to create physical products for sale — T-shirts, tumblers, mugs, stickers, signs, tote bags, etc. There is no license upgrade needed.
You may not resell, share, or redistribute the digital files themselves in any form, regardless of license type. Do not upload source files to print-on-demand platforms as digital products or list them as your own designs.
If you have questions about a specific use case, feel free to message me before purchasing.
Refunds & Returns
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," I am unable to offer refunds on digital download purchases. Please read all listing descriptions and review the preview images carefully before buying.
That said, I truly want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience a technical issue with a file — such as a corrupted download or a file that won't open — please contact me and I will do everything I can to make it right, including resending files or providing an alternative format.
Custom orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom wall art, custom orders are non-refundable once the design work has begun. If you have concerns about your custom order, please reach out before approving the final design.
File Formats & Compatibility
Most listings include PNG (transparent background) and/or SVG files compatible with Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and most other design software. Specific formats are listed in each product description.
I am not responsible for compatibility issues with specific software or machines, but I'm always happy to answer questions about file use before you purchase.

Physical Products
Our physical products are made to order, so returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted for wrong size, color choice, buyer’s remorse, or accidental purchases. Please review all listing photos, size charts, product details, processing times, and shipping information before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a printing issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help with a replacement or resolution when appropriate.
