She went so far as to put the actual day of the week my kids were born on there and included the sweetest note with my order that made me actually cry. Can I change a quote, name or color on an order?
Absolutely! Any order can be customized to suit your wants and needs. If you have any questions about a particular item, please feel free to send me a message.
How long does shipping usually take?
Items can take about 1-2 weeks total to create and ship, as most are custom orders, but.... some items are definitely able to be shipped sooner! If you need an item within a certain time-span, please let me know before placing an order, so I can ensure a timely delivery.
Once an item is completed, it takes 1-3 days to arrive with USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking and insurance on your package.
Can I create a new custom product?
Absolutely! I specialize in creating custom and unique orders, based on every buyers wants and needs. If you have a new idea for a product you would like created, just let me know and we can work on making it a reality.
For every new, custom order, I will create a new listing specifically for you, and I will send a proof of the product before it ships to ensure it is exactly what you are looking for.
Can I customize an item?
Absolutely! Our favorite thing is custom orders! Anything can be changed up to suit your style, wants, and needs.
Simply send us a message with the details on what you are hoping to have created.
Will my item ship sooner?
This definitely is a possibility! Items typically take 1-2 weeks total to create and ship, but it is very likely that your item will ship sooner.
Please let us know if you'd like your gifts to ship by a certain date before placing your order!
Can I bundle items?
Absolutely! Items in your cart totaling over $35 ship free :)
May I see a proof of the design?
Certainly! If you have requested a different design than what the original listing offers, we will send you a proof of the new design. Proofs are sent once the custom order is purchased and any changes are able to be made as well.
If you are placing an order that requires personalized details to create the order, generally proofs are not sent, but we will definitely send a proof if it is requested.
