There are many variables that can affect the outcome of some T-shirts you’ve purchased in the past. There could have been an issue with time, temperature, pressure, shirt quality, and quality, and so forth. We take pride in the T-Shirts we handcraft and assess the products before shipping to the customer.

The quality that you may find in a custom T-shirt kiosk varies greatly, and to be honest it does t look good. We noticed that some places prefer to sell quantity over quality, and we don’t agree to do business in that manner.

If you realized that you shipped to the wrong location after we shipped your product, we will have to wait until the package is returned to sender before resending out your package to the new location.
