Items typically ship within 1-2 weeks unless other arrangements have been made. Please refer to the specific item for details about processing time/shipping time. If a delay is expected, I will be sure to contact you. If you need a rush order, please convo me before ordering. Most items are shipped through USPS, but will use other shipping methods (such as UPS, FedEx) if necessary. The 1-2 week processing time does not include weekends or major holidays; this processing time is 7-14 business days.

I want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with your item(s) from K Franta Designs, please contact me before leaving negative feedback. I am more than happy to assist you with questions and concerns.

No refunds or returns on made to order, personalized, or custom items. The only time this is an exception is if it was my error (i.e. name misspelled, wrong initials, etc.) Please contact me if there has been a mistake.

Please double check that your shipping address is correct before ordering. If an incorrect address is provided, the buyer is responsible for the second shipping charge to resend the item(s).

*I cannot be held responsible for items delayed, damaged, or lost by the shipping company.

I love doing personalized and custom pieces and am always thinking about new things to create! If you have an idea of something you would like me to create, add to, or change, just message me!

*All items are not toys and some may contain glass and/or small parts.

*Because items are handmade, no two items will be exactly the same; there may be slight variation in colors, placement, etc...
Colors and finishes may appear differently depending on your computer monitor/phone screen settings.

*Due to many people being unable to use nails/screws to hang signs, hardware is not included with the purchase of signs. I recommend the use of command strips for lighter weight pieces and d-ring hangers for heavier items.

Sign storage: if for any reason you need to store, box up, or ship your sign(s), it is suggested to lay them flat. If stacking multiples, place a non-stick material between them to prevent rubbing and/or sticking. Leaning or storing vertically may cause some materials to become misshapen.

Ornament storage: store ornaments in a cool, dry area to preserve color and stability of materials.

Glassware/ceramics: etched glasses may be washed and dried in a dishwasher. Any glassware with vinyl should be gently hand washed if needed. Do not scrub, soak, or rub vinyl, as it may cause damage. Wipe/dab carefully around vinyl when drying. Ceramics/items with intricate and/or small decals should not be washed, soaked, scrubbed, etc..

Wood signs: I make no attempt to cover/hide the natural beauty of wood pieces; these items may have raised or visible wood grain, knots, rough cuts, etc.

Please use caution when opening your package from K Franta Designs. Items may have shifted during transit. Carefully cut boxes to open, making sure not to cut deeply enough to damage your item. Please be careful while unwrapping glass items so they are not dropped.

If you have made a mistake when ordering (misspelled name, incorrect badge number, etc.), the buyer is responsible for return shipping/reshipping of items.

There are no guarantees or warranties on items.

It is normal for glittered items to lose some glitter during shipping.

I take great care in packaging the items I make so that they will arrive safely. All items that are shipped USPS Priority are insured for the purchase amount. In the rare instance that an item arrives damaged, buyer must provide photos of the damaged item, along with photos of the box and packaging.
It is recommended by most carriers to save all packaging until your claim is resolved.
I cannot be held responsible for damage or loss that occurs once an item is shipped. You may reorder the item at any time, but no free replacements will be shipped as a result of carrier damage or loss except in certain circumstances.

If your package is showing "delivered", but is not in your possession, please contact the carrier at their local location.

*All sizing is approximate and will vary on a piece by piece basis.

*I fully respect other artist's and designer's work; please do not ask for me to recreate a piece you have seen elsewhere. I will not violate intellectual property laws, copyrights, or trademarks. If you need help finding the original designer of a piece, I'll be happy to help!

*Earrings and other accessories are not recommended for wear in water, pools, showers, baths, etc...
No items are intended for use by small children; some items may contain small parts and could be a choking hazard. I cannot be held responsible for any injury, damages, etc...caused by use or misuse of products and items.

*All items are custom/made to order.

Please refer to current processing times listed in my shop announcement. I am unable to respond to every shipping time inquiry, as this takes away time from working on orders.

We care about the environment and use minimal, recycled (and recyclable) packaging materials as much as possible. Packing slips are not included in all orders by default, in an attempt to not waste paper; if you would like a packing slip/paper receipt, please note that in your order and one will be included.

I do not accept cancellations on orders that have been placed. Oftentimes, I begin work on orders immediately and cannot cancel an order once it’s been started.
