Shipping
◆All products are shipped via USPS with signature confirmation over $200
◆Shipping time within the United States include Hawaii and Alaska from 1-5 business days. Khimjewelry will generate an automatic email once the item is shipped.

Normally it takes approx.1 to 2 weeks for a lead time as all our items are hand-made.

Our guarantee
If the issue is due to khimjewelry, Khimjewelry will cover any repair or replacement fees. Our warranty excludes coverage due to wear and tear. Within the first year of purchase we will replace side or accent diamonds that go missing if we feel that it is a manufacturing defect.
Sizing
We recommend having your ring size measure by a local jewelry shop.
As people wear rings their own way( tight or loose), we cannot be responsible for determining your ring size.
