Etsy's policy does not allow the return, exchange, or cancellation of digital items. KILA Create will NOT give refunds for files that have already been downloaded. However, if you have a problem with your order, please message me through your Etsy account and I will do my best to help.

No, I WILL NOT EMAIL FILES TO YOU. Often files are too large to be sent over email. This is also to protect your privacy and mine, and all correspondence must go through Etsy messages.

If you are logged into your Etsy account when you make your purchase, you can find your files in your "Purchases" section. If you checkout as a "guest", Etsy will email you a link so you can download your files. PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility to ensure your correct email address is on your Etsy account. PLEASE SAVE YOUR FILES TO YOUR DEVICE. I will NOT email lost files to you.

Different printers will produce different colour and quality results, and what you see on your screen won’t always be what your printer will produce. The final print will heavily depend on the printer and type of paper you use. If you would like to have your purchased files printed at a professional printer, you may need permission from the original artist (me!). If this is the case, please contact me through your Etsy account.
