August 2020 has been inspiring, and I've been working on new abstract florals in the studio.

The abstract florals were inspired by a recent visit to Virginia, where my husband's family has a beautiful garden.
My Story
After receiving my Bachelors (2010) and Masters (2012) in art and art education from the University of Georgia, I began teaching visual arts at the high school level. I currently teach high school visual art in Denver. In my own studio practice, I reflect on different media and explore opportunities for creative growth- be it ceramics, painting, or drawing. I find great joy in sharing my work with and through the Etsy community, and I am thankful for the opportunity to sell my art to people from all over the world.
