Returns & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges, once a sale is made it’s final.
If an item arrives damaged or broken please contact us straight away within 7 days of receiving your order.
You must provide a photo with proof of the damaged item, you will either receive a refund or replacement depending on the situation.

Shipping

-Standard shipping 1-7 business days within Australia is a flat rate cost of $10.60
-Express Post shipping 1-2 business days within Australia is a flat rate cost of $14.00
-New Zealand Standard international shipping 1-14 business days is $22.30

All items are sent through Australia Post.
If an item never arrives and becomes lost through the post, we are more than happy to send a replacement free of charge.
Please allow for possible delays.
Once your package has left our premises it is out of our hands.
If you need your items in a hurry we suggest choosing the EXPRESS option at checkout to avoid disappointment.
If there are Public Holidays your order will be posted the next available business day.

Simply just send us a message with your ideas on what you would like.
If there is a particular design that you would like adjusted, we are more than happy to do that for you.
Customs orders are made at no extra charge.

Can I pick up or have my order dropped off?

We do NOT do pick up or drop off any orders.
As our business is run from home, it’s best for safety reasons that all orders are shipped through the mail with Australia Post.
No exceptions will be made!
