I ordered a wind chime and the next day I was told it was out of stock. I was offered several others to choose from, in different price ranges for no additional charge. I picked out one with six stars. When it arrived it had four stars and was about a foot shorter than what I ordered. I wrote to the shop and they did not answer until I said I would contact Etsy. Then they said that since they are handmade, to expect some variations. I said slight variations are acceptable but not large ones. So I was sent the appropriate wind chime. It has a nice rustic look and seems fairly well made. My other disappointment is that I asked the shop before I purchased if their wind chimes make noise when they blow in the wind and I was told that they do. They don't, even with some fairly strong wind.

I'm shocked that this shop doesn't have more attention, the work is beautiful! The chime arrived quickly and in great shape. The bells sound gorgeous and the craftsmanship is lovely. I will definitely be buying from this shop again as we continue to decorate our new house. Thank you!
