Shipping

All orders are beautifully gift wrapped so you or that someone special can unwrap the treasure inside.
Items arrive in unmarked black bubble envelope to ensure no surprise is spoiled.
Delivery within the UK
We offer free delivery for all purchases within the UK. Items of a value of £50 and below will be send by 1st Class Royal Mail. All items of a value above £50 will be send using Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm. This service is fully insured during transit and is a next-day delivery service, which will arrive before 1pm the day after we post the item and will require a signature. For this reason it is not possible to deliver to a PO Box address or to a hotel. If you are out, Royal Mail will leave a card. The package can be collected from your local Post Office or a re-delivery arranged with Royal Mail.
Deliveries outside the UK
We offer free delivery for all items. All items will be shipped with Royal Mail International Signed & Tracked service (tracking provided & signature required).
Please note the delivery usually takes 5-7 working days but on occasion may take longer. We can offer express courier delivery for additional payment of £18.
For delivery outside the UK for items over £500 we offer DHL courier service. All items will be securely packed and fully insured. The delivery takes 2 to 3 days to the most destinations in the world.
Items from our site may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Vintage items are used items. All items are as pictured and described. If you have any questions please ask before purchase. Our pieces do not come with a certificate or appraisal unless stated in the listing.
Whilst every reasonable effort is made to accurately gauge the carat weight of stones, it is not possible to fully assess a stone without unseating it. Therefore all stated stone weights are to be taken as rough guides only.
Please read the condition report fully before purchasing items. As described rings display typical wear for jewellery which has been through one or more cycles of ownership.
All items listed as 'tested' have been subjected to acid testing to verify gold purity. All diamonds are authenticated through conductivity.

Vintage and antique jewellery and conversion jewellery can be fragile and is designed to be worn with care. All jewellery that we sell is in wearable condition and can be worn daily but is not indestructible.
To care for your jewellery we recommend that you remove it before doing any chores including washing-up, laundry, cooking and baking, gardening, exercising, showering, etc. Chemicals, such as bleach, chlorine, alcohol, perfumes, hair products, etc may cause irreparable damage to some gemstones, especially turquoise, opals, and pearls. Regular cleaning and checking and maintaining of settings and gemstones will ensure that your item stays in good condition.
