How long does it take to receive my order?
It depends on the dimensions of the ordered item and the destination country. We have many hatches in stock that are available for immediate dispatch within 3 days. However, we can't stock all types and sizes of hatches that we make. Typically, it takes 5–7 days to produce and ship an order.
How much tax will I pay?
Each country has its own tax rates. For example, in the US, different states have different taxes. As a seller, it is impossible for us to know the tax rates of all countries.
