1 out of 5 starsThe rug didn’t match the colors I okayed. I okayed a bright pink. Instead, I got grandmas carpet pink. The teal was supposed to be bright. It is a deep green. The white was right. The light green was close, but still not as vibrant. Not only that, but they advertise falsely. The rug you get will not be plush and full as advertised in the picture. It will be completely flat. Please don’t waste your money on this seller. Don’t make the mistake I did and spend $600 to not get what you paid for.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. This rug was a fully handmade, custom-sized piece created based on the colors shown in the listing images. As with all handmade items, slight variations in color tone and texture can occur due to lighting, yarn batches, and viewing environments. We communicated with the buyer and offered a goodwill partial refund in an effort to resolve the concern fairly. We always aim to be transparent and work respectfully with our customers. We appreciate all feedback, as it helps us continue improving and setting clear expectations for future buyers.

Each rug is handcrafted individually, not mass-produced. I focus on premium materials, clean finishing, and customization for every customer.
How is the rug shipped?
The rug is securely packed and shipped with a tracking number. Delivery time varies by location.
How do I clean the rug?
Vacuum lightly or shake gently. For stains, use mild soap with a damp cloth. Avoid machine wash and bleach.
Will the colors fade?
No. I use high-grade, long-lasting Wool colors. With normal care, the rug will stay vibrant.
