We have all heard it - shipping is bonkers right now. We know it's tough but please try to be patient. We try with all our might to ship things early to avoid unnecessary delays. If your item is marked as delivered but you don't have it yet, give it a few days. Sometimes shipping companies mark items as delivered before they get there (super annoying, right?). Also check with your neighbors! Remember to be nice to your postal workers! They want to cry right now, too.

Can we change a stain color for you? Absolutely. You want a different paint color? We'd be happy to! You want us to add a name or a phrase or a quote? HECK YES! Let us turn your idea into a reality! Send us a message!

We don't currently over gift wrapping. If you are ordering your item as a gift, let us know if you want us to add a gift message in the "notes" section of your order.

The really awesome thing about wood is that every piece is different. Different pieces of wood accepts stain differently! Sometimes it might be darker, and sometimes it might be lighter. Sometimes there are knots - but it all adds character! We promise we do what we can to match the color in the listing photo. Also, did you know that different computer and phone screens show color differently? Crazy, huh?

We hate when customers aren't satisfied with their order. If you need to return your item to us, please review our return policy, because there are guidelines that we have in place. Return shipping will be the responsibility if the buyer. Custom pieces are not eligible for return, but let us know how we can help!
