My oven mitts and potholders are heat resistant and not flame resistant, due to the cotton material used. Please use with care and not near open flames or in microwaves.

• Machine washable in cold or warm water
• hang dry
• Fabric is iron safe, as needed.

1)If your package was marked delivered, but you haven’t seen it, please contact your local USPS for assistance. Often time, your package may be delivered to your neighbors by accident, please reach out to them to confirm. Also ask family members if they had picked up the package and forgotten to share this information.

2)You can ask your local USPS for the last GPS co-ordinate to confirm that it was delivered to the right location.

3) You can open “Find my Mail” claim with USPS.com for USPS to assist in tracking down your package. My ship from address is PO Box 1711, Snoqualmie WA 98065.

I have access to the same information as you, whatever is shown on USPS online. Once your package is in USPS hands, I have no control over it.

Etsy's shipping system hasn't been updated yet to accommodate the new USPS options: Ground Advantage or UPS international options. Consequently, when you add more than 2 items to your cart during checkout, the system erroneously doubles the size of the shipping package. Regrettably, this miscalculation doesn't consider the actual weight and necessary packaging size.

I apologize for any resulting confusion. To ensure precise shipping charges, I'll be refunding any overcharges manually once your items are dispatched. Additionally, if time isn't pressing for you, kindly let me know in the checkout message box. By doing so, I can opt for the most economical shipping method, duly adjusting it and providing suitable credit.

Unfortunately, I am unable to offer a discount for customers who provide their own fabric. I carefully curate fun and pretty fabrics through destash groups and wholesale buys to maintain affordability for all our customers. While the cost of the main print material is indeed a factor, it is minuscule compared to the backbone materials and time invested in creating each item. I appreciate your understanding and support.

Indeed, your order may be delivered in packaging from other retailers. I am dedicated to minimizing waste wherever possible. By working with my neighbors, I collect and reuse all shipping materials from around my community. This effort gives the packaging a second life, enabling it to be used once more.
