The item is really impressive. The artwork is beautiful and looks great as a collector's piece. My biggest issue is the box's content. Multiple sections are filled with the same generic text, mostly explaining what an Agent is. This makes the interior feel repetitive and lacking in detail. The Agent Archive is a highlight thanks to its amount of character artwork. It's a little disappointing that there is no information about the character or their faction, while nearly the same text appears repeatedly throughout the section. The disc itself is perfect. The engraved artwork is beautiful, and the music quality leaves nothing to be desired, with some bonus tracks there as well. Overall, it looks fantastic and I'm really happy with the purchase. I just wish the interior had a little more character-specific content to complement

It’s a great Zenless Zone Zero theme cassette player.

I received emails confirming my order, that it had been shipped, and that it had arrived, which gave me peace of mind. It was a birthday present for my child, and my child was very happy when they saw the item. I was told that it would arrive between July 21st and August 25th, but it arrived about two days after it was shipped. That's about three weeks earlier than expected. I was surprised at how fast it arrived. Thank you very much.

Really good, was only expecting the song “Bite” and maybe it’s instrumental but instead got Bite and few other songs I wasn’t expecting.
