Thank you for stopping by. I'm Kimberly, but you can call me Kim or Kimmy. As a lifelong learner, I believe in the importance of discovering new things every day. I'm passionate about education, organization, and supporting parents with advice on education, parenting, and toys.
I love to pause and admire nature—flowers, butterflies, sunsets, and a bright moon can all stop me in my tracks. In my spare moments, I enjoy doing Sudoku and other logic puzzles. Traveling and exploring the world is also a big passion of mine.
I'm a wife and mom to two wonderful children, a nine-year-old and a seven-year-old. They are my biggest fans and very excited about our business. My seven-year-old enjoys unpacking deliveries and assembling furniture with his dad, making them my in-house logistics team. My daughter is creative and inquisitive, loves organizing materials, and is a fan of stickers and labels. She even helps choose images and sounds for my posts sometimes. We love attending fun events on the weekends together!
My love for working with children started early. My mother owned a childcare center, and I began helping out and tutoring students as soon as I was old enough. This experience sparked my interest in child development and led me to a career in child development, pedagogy, and education. After years of teaching and managing a private childcare center, my role shifted when I became a mom. I was fortunate to stay at home with my young children.
During my years as a stay-at-home mom, I developed a passion for crafting. I created custom party decorations, shirts, and cards. Though loved ones suggested I start a business years ago, I chose to focus on homeschooling my children. Discovering the capabilities of a laser machine was a game changer for me. It turned my passion into a career, offering flexibility in work hours and location and paving the way for future homeschooling during the middle and high school years.
