Live Plant Shipping Policy

We do not offer international shipping, and we do not ship to Alaska. We will ship BARE ROOT plant to Puerto Rico and Hawaii by law.

While we take great care in our packing, we apologize that we are unable to guarantee flowers/buds/spikes which have aborted or have broken off during shipment that is beyond our control.

We make every effort to maintain the highest standard of quality. However, having no control over the plants after leaving our nursery; we give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to their productiveness or health in the hands of the purchaser.

Do you ship the live plants in winter time?

Yes, We do. Before we ship the plant we will check the destination weather. We will use foam wrap to pack the plants. 72-hour heat packs are included when temperature is below 40F. All winter shipping without any extra charge.
Other than that we could rather you to purchase when the weather in your area is warm enough for you to receive your shipment (45-95F degrees daytime temperature is generally fine).
If the weather extremely cold, we may contact you to reschedule the shipping.
