5 out of 5 starsabsolutely obsessed with it! my husband loves it, and it arrived just in time for father’s day. shipping took a little while, which was expected, but once it was dispatched it arrived very quickly. it was packaged really well, looks exactly like the photos, and the quality is amazing. the seller is incredibly talented and i couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

Frequently asked questions
Are your items readily available or made to order?
Because I work alone and the nature of handmade I dont have the production capability to mass produce anything, so every keycap is made to order, the production starts as soon as an order is confirmed
Why the long process and shipping time?
On average a normal keycap takes about a week to ten days to make, including but not limited to: casting the base and other stuff from their master moulds, painting, encapsulating them in resin, sanding and finally polishing to a shine.
The actual process will take a bit longer depending on how many back orders I currently have at the time, and because we ship via an International Shipping Service I have to add a couple extra days to the expected delivery date to account for uncertain circumstances.
Will the keycaps fit my [Insert name] keyboard?
In general any mechanical keyboard that use the common Cherry MX stem switches will fit just fine ( the one that looks like a Plus sign + or [+] )

Why does the tracking showing item dispatched from a location that is not from Vietnam?
Currently we don't have a viable direct shipping route to international countries so we ship via a 3rd party shipping company. So first they ship your order from Vietnam to their oversea warehouse, then from their warehouse to the final destination.
I hope this will clear up any concern you have about the tracking information.
