Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

Items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped to qualify for a refund. (Damages incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the shipping carrier's insurance) Damaged pieces will not be accepted and are non-refundable. If you know your dog will shred a package, make sure you're there to get it before there's a tragedy!

Custom items may have half initial the purchase price returned if I have already started to paint.

Shipping

Items will be shipped prepped for shipping within 24 hours and posted for shipping within a day. I use USPS First Class Mail for bags and purses, and USPS Priority Mail for shoes.
