My order says it has been shipped but the tracking is still in "Pre-transit"?
If you are notified of shipping, that means I have dropped off your order with USPS that day. Most of my orders use Etsy tracked stamps, which unfortunately can take 1-3 days (or even longer!) to update. Rest assured that your order has been dropped off!
I entered my tracking number into the USPS website and it cannot find it.
The majority of my orders use an Etsy tracked stamp and can only be viewed through Etsy. The shipping status is to the right of your order when you view it:
*On Etsy.com: Sign in>Your account>Purchases and reviews.
*On the Etsy app: Go to You>Purchases.
My order says it has been "Delivered" but it is not in my mailbox.
Etsy tracked stamps are unfortunately not as accurate as USPS tracking and their nomenclature for "Delivered" is when it has reached your local post office for upcoming distribution. Please allow an extra 1-3 days for actual delivery. Apologies for the confusion that this causes!
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, I ship from the US to Canada and Internationally. The shipping pricing displayed is the cost for a tracked package to that respective country. For orders that can fit in an envelope, if you would prefer a cheaper Global Stamp option feel free to message me. However, please note the Global Stamp will not come with tracking.
Can the decals be removed? Do they leave a residue upon removal?
Yes, the decals can be taken off (I used my fingers), however they will likely tear, chip apart or become damaged upon removal. When I have tested them, they have not left a residue, but as a backup plan a razor and Goo Gone will do the trick!
