Do you Accept Cancelations?
You may cancel your order free of charge within the first 24 hours after placing the order. However, once we begin creating your item, cancellations are no longer accepted.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes! We offer a 14-day return window should you change your mind about a purchase. However, please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
We're also more than happy to refund your purchase if an item you ordered arrives damaged. Manufacturing errors and physical damage upon arrival are both valid reasons for refunds. If this is the case, please send pictures of the damages, and we will help you get started on replacing your items or getting your money back!
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. If you’d like to return or exchange an item within our 14-day return window, please message us via Etsy and we’ll provide a return address. Once we receive the item back in its original condition, we’ll issue a full refund.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
If your item arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing issue, there’s no need to return it. Just message us with a photo of the issue as soon as you can, and we’ll help with a replacement or refund.
When will I get my order?
We send orders to our production partners 24 hours after you place your order. Most items are completed within 3–7 business days before shipping.
Estimated shipping times:
• United States: 3–5 business days on average
• International: 10–30 business days on average
The exact delivery time will depend on your location and the carrier’s delivery schedule.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information that includes an estimated delivery date. Please note that it can take up to three business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
If you’d like further updates on your order after it has shipped, please reach out directly to the shipping company using the provided tracking number.
Do you offer custom sizes?
As much as I'd love to accommodate requests for a custom size, I'm currently limited to specific dimensions based on what I can source through my production partners. Unfortunately, this means I I'm unable to create custom sizes at the moment.
What if my order is lost in transit?
If your order is lost in transit, or marked as “delivered” but you can’t locate it, we’re here to help. Please message us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can review the details and offer the best available solution.
After 30 days, resolution options can be limited. Please note that we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for missing orders reported more than 180 days after the purchase date.
