We make refunds or product returns for other products(Except for products produced custom-made)

If there is an error caused by us in the products, we always make a refund or product exchange.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom Order & Processing Policy
All personalized or custom-made items in our shop are produced specifically for each customer. Because of this, once a custom order has been placed, our team begins the preparation and design process immediately.
If a customer requests to cancel a custom order after the order has been placed, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total order amount. This fee covers the time spent on order preparation, communication, design setup, and transaction processing.
