After heat treatment - normalising, quenching and annealing, the blade meets the handle. All handles are hand-finished. -
Finished knife is sharpened by hand and shipped to meet the new family. -
Carbon steel knives are handforged, stainless steel knives are made using stock removal method. -
All Karl Walter Tools knives are hand crafted one at a time from the start to the finish. -
Shape of the blade is then refined on the belt grinder and bevels are being formed.
