Packaging
Each item is packaged in clear cello bags and ready for gift giving! All items ship folded flat.
Shipping
All packages are shipped the most cost efficient way and some packages may not have tracking. The "free shipping" on orders over $35 is always USPS Ground Advantage and the upgrade option to Priority Mail is available for an extra charge of $5.00 on request. I ship packages Monday through Friday and some weeks through Saturday. Please be aware USPS delivery can be slow and tracking may not always be accurate. Purchases with the same delivery address will be shipped together in one package unless specified otherwise. If USPS is returning your package to me for whatever reason, I will refund your purchase minus the shipping cost of $5.95.
Handmade variations
All my items are meticulously handmade one piece at a time so there might be a slight variation from one item to the next. You may expect minor imperfections in each product as is the nature with all handmade items. On most items I use stock images in the listings and therefore the finish may vary slightly on the item you will receive.
Can't find your package?
This happens sometimes. The first thing to do is check the bushes, front and back porches and other possible delivery spots such as with your neighbors. When the tracking says your package was delivered and you still can't find it, please contact your local post office, they have more detailed information for each package and can help locate it for you better than I can. KatBagDesign is not liable for lost, stolen or misplaced packages but you may contact me and I will do my best to help you.
The item I bought is the wrong size...
That can be very frustrating and that's why I provide as many details and measurements possible in the listings and photos for you to compare my products with other items. I also photograph everything with other objects in the picture to give you an idea of the proportions. If you still don't know if it's the right size for you, feel free to message me before you place your order. I'll be glad to provide any details I may have accidentally overlooked. Returns are accepted within 30 days, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
