Can I see a custom mock-up before I purchase the item?
Unfortunately no, we only send proofs once the order has been received. We have mock-ups with images on every listing as well as images on our instagram page. You may purchase samples on our website if you wish to see the finished product in hand.
Where do I put the customized details for the order?
In the notes to seller section. Check the description for proofing timeline.
Can I request changes to the design?
-YES any fonts and their colors can be changed. Refer to the font list and color chart.
-NO watercolor designs and certain clipart comes as is.
What are the prices and quantities?
