Will my order arrive before Christmas?
I’ll do my best, but I can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date. For the best chance of pre-Christmas delivery, please order by: USA – 21 Dec, Canada – 18 Dec, Germany/France/Italy/Spain – 22 Dec, Rest of EU – 21 Dec, Switzerland – 22 Dec, Japan & South Korea – 18 Dec, Rest of World – 17 Dec, and add a contact phone number for the courier.
Will I have to pay customs or extra fees on delivery (USA & Canada)?
No – all orders to the USA and Canada are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means customs duties, taxes and courier fees are prepaid, so there should be nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Brexit & orders to the EU coutries
As Ireland is a EU member and not a part of the UK , there is no customs charges on EU orders.
Are you taking custom orders for knitwear?
No. Due to very bad experience I DO NOT accept custom requests for knitwear. No exeptions; please don`t ask.

Sorry, I use UPS for delivery which do not deliver to PO boxes.
