Postage & Packaging Costs: My Postage cost vary according to the size and weight of the product. I make my costs as fair as possible. They include packaging.


All READY TO SHIP items will aim to be posted within 2 days of payment received except made to order items which may take a little longer.

IMPORTANT: Please note that if your are purchasing from Australia, due to the new tax law that came into affect as of July 2018, you will be required to pay the extra tax. This will be processed & calculated by Etsy and added at the checkout. So, don't worry, you won't need to do anything except shop lovely items.

EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS: Please be aware that from 1st January 2021, items purchased from the UK to the EU may now be subject to VAT and duties charge. This is something that you may need to pay in order to receive goods purchased from me, so please check with your Counrty's customs authority. All customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

My postage costs include all packaging and I always take the upmost care in packaging your purchases to keep them safe and sound. No matter how big or small, each item is cared for!

The boring, but necessary stuff... Not only do I love to sell on Etsy, but I also love to shop on Etsy too. So I understand the importance of keeping your data safe and secure. In compliance wit the new GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), I aim to be transparent about the information I store and how I use it.

I will never send you any marketing emails. I will only use the information provided by you to complete your transaction. I do not reproduce hard copies or store any documents/files containing any personal information. I will use the conversation channel via Etsy to converse with you regarding your transaction, if necessary. I may occasionally email if there is a problem or query regarding your order as a last resort.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
