Frequently asked questions

Length, Size, and Materials

Please make sure to read through an item's listing description and check out all the photos. I'm very careful to include dimensions and materials and all important details in my listings.

Length suggestion: Not sure what length to purchase? In my experience, 18” is the safest, most commonly chosen length. There is also a length example photo in most of my listings to help give you a better idea.

Necklace too short: Is the length of your received necklace not what you were picturing? Instead of returning it for another length, you might consider purchasing an extension chain from my Add On section so you have more wiggle room.

Upgrades

Chain upgrades: Many of my necklaces can be upgraded to gold filled chain by purchasing that Add-On at the same time. Sterling silver is available by custom order--message me to request it, and be sure to let me know what necklace and what length.

Turnaround time upgrades: I also offer a Rush My Order turnaround time upgrade Add On listing.

Shipping speed upgrades: You can upgrade your shipping speed by choosing your shipping speed at checkout.

Wholesale Inquiries and Bulk Discounts

Wholesale: I am not currently open to most wholesale orders, but please feel free to still inquire.

Bulk orders: I do offer a discount on bulk orders. Please message me which pieces and how many of each you are looking to purchase, and I will check availability.

Return requests within 7 days of delivery

As long as it is not a digital, wholesale, custom, or discounted order, or a listing whose policy states otherwise, items are eligible for return; they must be requested for approval within 7 days of delivery per the tracking number. *Please check if your item qualifies before requesting a return. The item(s) need to be mailed back within 14 days of delivery, in unused, original condition and return shipped with a tracking number in original packaging at the buyer's cost. Only the cost of the item and not of the initial shipping fee will be refunded. The refund will be issued once the item is received back. Please message me the tracking number so I can keep an eye out for it so it is not mailed back to you and so I can refund you promptly.

Exchange requests within 7 days of delivery

Since my items are of varying prices, I don’t do "exchanges," but instead treat such requests as returns as described above. You are then free to purchase the replacement item at any time while you wait for the return to ship, process, etc. so you don't have to wait nearly as long to receive your chosen replacement item.

Cancellation requests

I allow cancellation requests of items that are not digital, custom, or wholesale within 6 hours of purchase.

Missing Packages and Other Order Issues

Missing package: This is sadly not rare. If the tracking says your package was delivered but it was not, the post office often delivers it a day or two later. Please be sure to check all doors, porches, anywhere it may have been hidden accidentally or for safety; check with anyone who lives with you to see if they received it; and check if neighbors received it. If all that fails, please still allow a week for it to appear, as it often does in one way or another.

Order issues: If there are any issues with your order that are not answered here, please make sure you've provided all details and any pictures needed when messaging.
