We completely understand how disappointing the delay was, especially since this was intended for your daughter’s dorm. We provided a full refund due to the delay, and the package is still in transit and will still be delivered to you. As each item is handmade and shipping can occasionally experience unexpected delays, we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

4 out of 5 starsThis is the first time I’ve had to leave a 3 star review. Where to begin. First I paid $119 for a flimsy piece of I guess metal. It’s very thin!!! It doesn’t look to be 24 in. as stated for what I paid for. It was not what I ordered……… it was supposed to be personalized on the cauldron. Very disappointing! Last came with stakes to stake it but not with the adequate screws. When I reached out about my concerns with everything they were sorry about the personalization but basically wanted me to just be happy with what was sent to me. When I enquired about the screws I had no response. I gave 3 stars. She’s cute but very small for the price and not what I ordered. Owner doesn’t respond in a timely manner. Overall very disappointed!!!
