I did send you a private message about this. depending on how you ordered the pattern, whether that be on the app or in a browser, will determine how you can download the file. if you bought it in the app, you have to go to a browser, log in, navigate to your order history, and download it that way from the browser. I'm not sure why you can't download from the app as I don't work for Etsy, and to that I apologize to you. you have been fully refunded by me.
