5 out of 5 starsThe ears are adorable!! Very sturdy, and the headband is light so I don't think it'll give me any headaches. The quality and shape is very much as advertised. The time it took to ship was reasonable considering they're handmade, but I think the actual delivery process had some issues (plus the box came damaged), though it's not like the seller had any control over that.

What happens if my package gets lost or damaged through shipping?
I am not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged as a result of the shipping carrier. If an item is marked as "delivered" but the buyer claims it hasn't been delivered, I unfortunately will not be able to offer a refund on the order. For verified lost orders, I will happily offer a discount on the next purchase. Postal and shipping services can be a pain, but once packages are dropped off safely at the post office, I have no control over anything else that happens to it. I do make sure my packages are insured so that both parties can get reimbursed for any mistakes made on any shipping carriers part.
