My husband Jeff took these photos of me last year when I was just getting back into my sewing room, after a year hiatus

Creating beautiful reading pillows for young and old!

I started my shop over 11 years ago! It's hard to believe!

I left the corporate world in April 2011 and really had to decide what my encore career would be. I believe you should do something that motivates you and makes you passionate about life. Sewing and crafting (in general) do that for me.

I have to give kudos to my mom for sparking that creative interest in me at an early age. I love creating items that people will use and treasure for years to come. I put a lot of love into each quilt I make and I want them to be functional, yet beautiful too. Please contact me if you are interested in creating a quilt of memories for a loved one.

Why don't I offer "free shipping"

Etsy encourages sellers to offer Free Domestic Shipping on our products but as a small hobby business woman I can’t absorb the costs without raising the prices to make up that difference.
