The seller, Kathy, was very helpful and kind when I asked for size customisation. Also, the shipment was much faster than I expected. I definitely recommended the shop! Generally I make one piece of everything available in my shop and remake it once it is sold. I am therefore very flexible if you like to order something in a different length of colour.

Payment
I accept all standard payments through Etsy, like creditcard, Ideal, Paypal, etc. Once payment is accepted, I will ship the order within one business day unless it is a custom order. In that case I will keep you informed how long it will take to ship.
Shipping
Orders will be sent by standard (air)mail in an air bubble envelope to protect the goods. This may take a little longer, but it is also the cheapest way of shipment. Personally I often decide not to order oversees when I find out in the last step of my order that I have to pay two third of the amount I ordered for shipment.
Of course, if you want to receive your order through a courier, then that is possible but extra costs will be charged.
