Frequently asked questions
How do I download my files?
After you buy, open Purchases on etsy.com in a web browser on a computer, phone or tablet, and choose Download Files. The Etsy app can't download files. Etsy also sends you a link to your files.
How do I open a ZIP file on an iPad or iPhone?
Save it to the Files app, then tap it once. It opens into a folder right next to it. On a Mac, double-click it. On Windows, right-click and choose Extract All.
Which apps do I need?
PDFs open in GoodNotes, Notability or any PDF reader, or you can print them. Word files open in Microsoft Word or Google Docs. Spreadsheets open in Excel or Google Sheets (with a Google account).
Which color do I get?
All six. Every download includes Pink, Sage Green, Blue, Purple, Brown and Black & White, with the same pages in each.
Do I need to install fonts?
No. Fonts are built into the PDF and Word files.
Is the planner dated?
The Semester System is undated. The Teacher's Year comes in two editions: undated, and dated August 2026 to July 2027.
Can I share the files?
They are for your personal use. Please don't share, resell or post the files or the Google links. Teachers can print as many copies as their own classroom needs.
Can I return a digital download?
Digital downloads can't be returned. If a file is missing, won't open or doesn't match the listing, send me a message. I reply within 48 hours and will fix or replace it.
Are you affiliated with GoodNotes, Notability, Google or Microsoft?
No. Their product names are used only to say what the files work with.
