Ceren was absolutely incredible. My item seemed to be lost in the mail. She immediately spoke to the Dutch postal service and got it handled and offered to refund me even though it is not policy for Etsy. She kept me informed every step of the way and was very kind. My package eventually arrived and the pieces were even more beautiful than I could have expected. I could not have had a better experience working with her.
