Can I return an order
Yes you can return any non customized item as long as you contact me within 14 days of delivery. You have 30 days to return any non customized items which includes the 14 days, in this time frame.
Unfortunately any customized/personalized item can not be returned. But please contact me if there is any issues with an item upon receiving
Can I cancel my order
IN STOCK:
Any normal in stock order may be cancelled prior to the shipping of the order. Generally up to 24 hour of purchase.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Any custom order can be cancelled up to the start of an order. (Usually within 12-24 hours). Once a custom order has been started an order may not be cancelled.
Please contact me as soon as possible if you may need to cancel your order to see if there is anyway we can help you out
My order arrived damaged
We take every precaution we can to package your item for shipping. But we do understand once the item leaves our hands, it is out of our control. If for any reason your item arrives damaged, please reach out to me, so we can get the situation taken care of promptly
Where is my order ?
For the most part we are able to get our normal inventory out within 24-48 hours of purchase. Customized items can take up to a one (1) week lead time but in most cases are much sooner.
Once your order is complete, and shipped, unfortunately delivery times are out of our hands. We are unable to provide you with any further details other than what is on your tracking.
