All of our items are handmade to order, therefore there may be a slight variation in size or placement of design.

Colors may vary on your screen. If you have any questions or need a specific color, please contact us.

I DO NOT accept returns or cancellations to orders.

When your order leaves my office, I am not responsible for any USPS delays. They are beyond my control.

I am not responsible for wrong addresses and can not change them once an order is placed.

If you receive a damaged item, contact me within 24 hours of delivery. I will not replace items a month or months later after wear. I am unable to resell those items.

If you have any issues at all, please contact me immediately.

Package states delivered but I do not have it

Please contact your local Post Office if tracking states an item is delivered but you do not have it.

I DO NOT refund Priority Shipping due to USPS Delays. They are out of my control and once it leaves my shop I am not liable.

We currently only ship to the USA.

We can ship to additional places for the exact cost of shipping to the customer.

I also offer priority shipping upgrade if needed.

Panty/Thong Information

Panties with lace are my first option to send. However with COVID my vendor has been unable to stock them all the time. I will send panties without lace if lace is unavailable. Due to the volume of orders I am unable to text each customer when this occurs. I promise to take utmost care with every order.

BOXER BRIEF INFORMATION

Please be advised that black band boxers are not always available. I will substitute with gray band when necessary. I do not message every order when this happens. Due to the pandemic my vendor gets limited stock. Know that I will always take great care of every item.

Order Policy

I have the right to refuse, cancel or refund any order if needed. I work as hard as possible to ensure every single order leaves on time.

Holiday Cutoff

All Christmas orders are due by 12/3/2022. All orders received after that will ship with my normal turnaround of 9-10 business days plus shipping. Please keep in mind that USPS is experiencing high volume and some delays.
