Are you selling the decks?
No, none of my decks are on sale. All my listings refer to my witchcraft services only, so no physical object will be sent with the purchase of them. I can however tell you where I got the decks from or send you the link so you can purchase it :3
How long do I have to wait for the results?
I try to deliver the readings within 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed; I may take longer depending on the service ordered, or because I live in Venezuela and electricity and internet are sometimes disconnected randomly, but I try to let you know in cases I might take longer than normal.
Do I have to tell you my questions?
You don't HAVE to, you can do so, but it's entirely up to you. However, it does help me focus on the subject and makes the reading run a lot more smoothly.
How will I receive my reading?
I will send your reading recorded as audio files and with photos of the cards over to your email, whatsapp or telegram: you need to let me know your email or your phone number, natial area code included, so I can send it to you.
I got notified that you sent the reading but I haven't got the results and it's been a few days, what happened?
Sometimes when I'm emailing a reading due to problems with my internet it might not be sent right away and I may not notice about it until later. I try to make sure that every email I sent is successfully delivered but if it's been a few days and you still haven't received the results, please messsage me so I can send it again.
What do you need to perform the reading?
Your full name (that you identify with, the one that you feel resonates with you); your zodiac sign; and a color, quote or song that you like, so I can focus on it and tune in to you.
I also need your email or phone number, as described above.
Do you do love bindings?
No.
Can you hex my ex?
No, I don't do hexes or curses for the most part.
Do you only accept paypal?
Right now I do because it's the only method Etsy accepts for my country.
Can you teach me how to read Tarot?
I currently don't have any courses or options set up, but I AM thinking of starting one, so stay tuned :3
I didn't like that reading. Can I have my money back?
No. I can refund you if you ask me before I've done your reading; HOWEVER, if I have already delivered the results, I won't refund because I have already put my energy, time and effort into it.
