Taylored to Create cannot accept refunds or exchanges, unless if there was an error on our part. Please make sure everything is correct when placing your order.

If there is a defect on our part, you have 24 hours to send a photo showing the defect. The item will be remade and shipped again, however there will be no refund.

Please be sure to double check your address before you complete your order. We can only ship to the address provided and if it is sent to the wrong place we can not replace or refund you as it is not our error.

Taylored to Create's products are always carefully checked to be sure they leave in tip top condition, but we do understand that accidents may happen. In the rare event that your item becomes damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of your item being delivered by USPS. Be sure to include a photo of the package and damaged item and we will work to resolve the issue.

Taylored to Create is not responsible for lost packages by the USPS. If you would like to add insurance please contact me before shipment.

Decals

Please hand wash your item. Your item is not dishwasher or microwave safe.

All decals are water resistant and made of high quality vinyl, but we cannot guarantee how long your decal will last as this depends on how you care for your decal.


Clothing

Please follow the care guidelines below:
-Do not dry clean
-Wash inside out
-Wash in cold or warm water
-Use mild detergent
-Dry on low setting
-Do NOT iron directly onto design

We do NOT offer any refunds or replacements.

1. Clean the surface where you will be applying the decal with mild cleaner and allow to dry.
2. Rub a credit card firmly across the sticker through the clear transfer tape to prepare it for application. This ensures the sticker will cling to the transfer tape and removes any air bubbles that may have formed.
3. Carefully peel off the decal from the white paper backing. Only the vinyl and the clear transfer layer should remain. If the sticker clings to the backing, slowly replace the paper backing and repeat Step 2.
4. Carefully place decal to desired surface. use a credit card to smooth the decal onto surface.
5. Slowly remove the clear transfer layer by peeling it off starting from the corner. Only the vinyl decal should remain.
