Opening this package was truly an utter delight. I was so touched by Annie's kindness through her thoughtful little touches and surprises inside it. This book is beautiful and was wrapped in green tissue paper, with a handwritten notecard from Annie, as well as an additional book and a surprise set of the most perfect little bookplates I have ever seen. I'm a gifter (it's my love language) and I always put lots of thought into the items I gift to others, including the special little extra touches - because the joy that comes from receiving a beautifully wrapped gift is just as meaningful as the joy that comes from the gift itself. I will cherish this book forever, as well as the kindred spirit from whom I received it.
