My daughter is 8 and we still chose the smaller 3-6 year size so it didn’t envelop her whole face. Pay attention to sizes. (Child (7-12): 5.5” tall and ~ 8” wide Child (3-6): 4.5” tall and ~ 7” wide)

Used for an outdoor wedding where she walked down a 6ft wide isle and then we immediately distanced (watched rest of wedding standing by the car) from everyone to keep us and them as safe as possible. Comfy for her - she didn't feel the need to take off and was able to see her nanny get married.
