Absolutely! Once you place your order with additional listing for custom engrave, contact us to send your design and get in touch for further conversations about your order.
My book arrived wrong/damaged! What should I do?
We are deeply sorry for this unfortunate situation. Although we do our best to send you the greatest book possible, there may be errors that we missed or caused by other reasons. Please contact us in case of wrong/damaged book.
Note: Wood is not a perfectly uniform material. We eliminate most of the dark spots and knots to send you near perfect wood pieces. However, we can not guarantee that the book will be free of these natural occurring instances and have a standart grain structure.
I already have one of your books. Can I add/remove pages?
Ring Binder Book:
There is no limit for removing pages from this book. Adding pages may be possible depending on your binder size and how many pages you already have.
Leather Binder Book:
Both removing and adding a couple of pages is possible by simply unscrewing the hardware screws binding the book. For more addition or removal, please contact us for a kit to change the page number of your existing book.
Do you send proofs of designs?
In order to speed up the process of your order, we usually do not send proofs. If you are curious about the design of yours, please feel free to ask us about it.
Note: The first we do when we get the order from you is customizing the design for you and engraving it onto the cover. If you request proof before we proceed, there may be delays. In order to minimize that, please turn on message notifications and check your inbox.
