Little preciouse things for your home

We are Rauno and Kertu, and we found our passion in home decor while decorating our new home. I, Kertu, have very clear vision how my home suppose to look like, unfortunately I can not always find suitable things from shops. Luckily, Rauno, my sweet, bearded boyfriend, helps me out. Together, we're Kekoni, and we make handmade items at first for our home and then for our etsy shop.

Each step of our production process is done in-house and by hand. We're self-taught in every aspect of the business, and we put an enormous amount of thought into the design.

When we're not working, we'll use any excuse to take a road trip, cook & eat delicious food, sleep in, and drink too much coffee.

Welcome to Kekoni! Here you can find handmade home accessories! Please take a minute to read our policies regarding payment, shipping and refunds. We tried to cover every possible aspect, but if something is missing, feel free to contact us with additional questions.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
All the items that we offer on our shop have been described as accurately as possible -with all dimensions, colors and used materials- and we really try our best to take great pictures so you know exactly what you are buying before you receive it.


Every pieces are made by order with a lot of care and attention especially for you, so please keep in mind that we cannot make a refund or exchange for special custom ordered items such as custom size, custom length, custom color and design.
Regular orders can be returned, if the return shipping cost is covered by client and the returned item arrives in good conditions back to us.

If an item gets lost and doesn't arrive to destination, despite correct mailing address, we will send a new item as soon as we get confirmation from the shipping company that the package is lost. This process can take up to 2 months from the time the lost package inquiery was sent.


The quality of our product is really important to us, so when recieving the package, please inspect the box carefully. If there are any holes/dents then please make some pictures. Also, if there are any defects on the chandelier, which have happened during shipping, then please make some pictures and inform the shipping comapany and us about the broken package in 3 days time.
For example, Damage Report (PS 2856) has to be filed, when package was delivered by USPS.
We don't provide full refund for items damaged in transit but we offer replacement free of charge. Please note that any request made later than 3 days & without a proof won’t be considered as a eligible request. Once you provide a proof that the item is damaged and the shipping company has been notified, we’ll offer you a replacement of the product you purchased and supply you a brand new item free of charge as soon as possible.


Tracking all the shipped orders to see if they arrive to their owners safely is like hobby to us but doing this can be humanly impossible especially in busy seasons. Buyers are responsible to track & trace their orders and arrange a redelivery with their local post offices if necessary.

Once a package is stated unclaimed despite correct mailing address, the recipient has to contact the post office in order to arrange a redelivery or has to pick up the package from the local post office. Otherwise it will be returned to our studio. We'd love to arrange a reshipment for the returned parcels as soon as we receive them in our studio but only if the buyer agrees to cover the reshipment cost.

All the products we offer on our shop are made to order just for you and the production process starts once the order is placed & payment is cleared. Each listing will be made in maximum time of one week

We hope you're happy with your purchase but if for any reason you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us within 72 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation request made later than 72 hours won’t be considered as a eligible request. We can not provide cancellation once an item has been made and/or shipped.

As an economic option, we ship orders in registered small packages via Omniva Air Mail service and this service includes a tracking number for each package which you can use to track your package from your local post office to your location.

International deliveries with standard air mail may take 1-3 weeks depending on the destination country. It may take a little bit longer due to some conditions such as bad weather/rush season/holidays.

Please note that we dispatch from another side of the planet and delivery times are out of our control. Shipping times are estimates and we do not guarantee them nor make ourselves responsible for any possible delay.
For christmas orders we reccommend to use Express shipping as the standart shipping delivery time can much longer than the estimated time.


We do also offer express delivery in 4-7 business days with Omniva EMS Courier. Once you added an item to your cart, you can then upgrade your shipping to EMS Courier by selecting EMS Courier option from the shipping options dropdown menu located to the right of your item.

Please make sure that you’re supplying the correct shipping address for your order. If we ship to the address you supplied and it was an error on your part then we’re not responsible for this error.

Recipient's or recipient's duly authorized representative's signature is required for all local and international deliveries so making the package left at a door step is not something we could arrange – sorry!

Customs Fees/Taxes: Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, levies or fees incurred at point of entry to the buyer's country. As stated on, like most sellers on Etsy, we are unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and Etsy does not expect sellers to calculate or collect these fees or taxes. We must assume that you already are aware of any duty that may be due at the time of arrival into your country.

We do create custom orders on special requests. Describe us what you need and we’ll gladly work on it to make you happy.

Please note that all custom orders are non-refundable once the production process has begun and payment must be fully cleared before production.
