10/10 customer service, the seller is very nice and sends a message with the instructions closer to the date of arrival. My baby LOVES her enclosure, explored every inch of it the day she arrived. Keep in mind it is quite big for a jumping spider (not a con), I just wanted to spoil her, just make sure to get a bunch of clutter!

Easy to assemble and very spacious for jumping spiders. The top and front access is a plus for feeding and/or taking your jumping spider out.

This is such a cute, natural looking little hide. It has a nice big loop so it was easy to hang from a branch. My gecko has not gone in yet that I know of, but he has crawled all over it and I bet I see him curled up in there very soon! Seller was a pleasure to do business with. 10/10 recommend!

If you are wondering if this is a good purchase... Do it. Good shipping, condition and the only thing I really care about my gecko is splooting. I'm very happy with it.

I'm not one for writing reviews but sure love reading them. I wanted to upgrade my Leo's basking and feeding spot. She loves it. It arrived in great condition, unbroken and I got 2. This was all around a great purchase. I have no questions when I get her humid hide set up figured out I will buy again.

I was struggling to find an acrylic enclosure that was the size I needed and affordable, I came across this one and it’s perfect. Bigger than I needed, great for my growing tarantula. It was really easy to put together, and the cross ventilation is perfect. I’m so excited to use this! Would definitely come back in the future :)
