Yes. For example if a board is for a 1 year old and you have a 5 year olds birthday coming up, I can make that board for the 5 year old. Some categories will obviously have to change but that is all up to you.

Depends. Make sure that I receive all of the info that you want on the board including, the name and size of the board. Many people rush info to me and they forget the smallest detail- like the name of their child :)

If I have all of the info, the board can be done within an hour between 7-11pm Monday-Thursday and on the weekends can be done anytime that I am home, but always within an hour of me being home.

I DO NOT do boards on Fridays. Please see below for "rushed orders".

No. Etsy offers either shipped orders or manual orders. In order for me to create a custom board for you I have to mark these as "shipped items". You will receive an email stating your item has shipped- that will not actually be the case. Nothing ships and will never ship to you. You will get a notification stating it has shipped but that is just so I can clear it out of my queue.

I repeat: Nothing will ship to you.

There is not a charge for the copy changing. There is no charge for the size changing UNLESS it's from a small size to a very large size. Like I said before, all my boards start at size 16x20, all of the boards are made for that size so if you don't give me the info beforehand and I go ahead and make you a 16x20 and you come back wanting a 40x60, there will be a an additional charge because it's basically like making another board. This charge can range between $5-$10 depending on the drastic change.

So please give me the size before I make a board- I can't stress that enough. I do not want to have to charge anyone anything extra.

20x30 now has a fee of $5 since it doubles my time to create the boards.

No. Never use your mobile device to send images to upload onto a website you are using to print out your photos. Never use your mobile device to receive your FINAL images. It will appear as its embedded in the email and not attached to the email.

Just please always use a computer when viewing your final posters or trying to upload them onto a site like Walgreens or Walmart.

Please NEVER print the proof I send you. It is always a small file and will not print out correctly. Always wait until you give me the OK and I send you the final digital file to your designated email address.

There are NO refunds if you accidentally get the PROOF printed instead of the final file. The final file is sent to your email address, NOT Etsy email.

Those are just a few. Just please look at what sizes they offer, if I make a 16x20 and you want to print at staples they only go up to 18x24- which means the 16x20 will not work and that might lead to an extra charge by me to have to change.

For the most part I do. I have a 9-5 job and I do these boards on the side. Sometimes throughout the night, and I'll even work on them right before heading to work. With that said, again.... I DO NOT DO ANY BOARDS ON FRIDAYS.

I am so sorry that you cannot get your board printed. As stated in all of my listings, at checkout you are agreeing with the copyright agreement on my listing which states that some printing labs may not allow you to print due to copyright infringement.

How do I make you happy with your purchase? I offer you a free 8x10 which you can print at home. I know that might not be ideal but, you are paying for the work I've done for you, not the printing. After the work is paid for and done I have no control over printing issues.

Regarding any others needed within the same week:

A rush order is any board needed within 24 hours. There is be an additional charge of $5 for this rushed board.

If you want a board for a Saturday and you purchase a board on Friday (when I don't do boards) I will make an exception and complete the board, for an additional $5.

If you want a board for Sunday and purchase on a Friday it will still be a $5 extra charge to complete the board.

Please get your orders in early to prevent any additional charges.

All proofs will be sent to your ETSY email (messaging) and will be labeled 8x10. This does not mean you will be receiving the file in an 8x10. I do this because I always have to re-size the file in order for etsy to allow me to send the file to you for a proof. If you order a 16x20, then an 8x10 is the exact dimensions of what the 16x20 would look like. If you order a 18x24, I will still label it as an 8x10 (since you get that for free) BUT it will be sized 8x10.667 when sent so it's still the exact dimensions as you see, just the size is smaller. If you order an 11x14, it will be labeled as so, since Etsy allows that size to be sent.

Again NEVER print out the proof, it is ONLY a proof and never the final.
