Frequently asked questions
How are necklace lengths measured?
Necklace lengths are listed (in inches) in product details. Length is necklacke measured end to end (unclasped).
Each necklace comes with an additional 1.5 inches of chain (same metal as used on necklace) for extension.*
*Note: This measurement is not included in product description, as it's extra chain. Ex) a 16 inch necklace will be 17.5 inches total, but can be clasped at any length from 16-17.5 inches. If extra chain for extension isn't wanted, simply message and it can be removed.
Can you make custom jewelry?
For inquiries about custom comissions, please send a private message.
How is jewelry prepared for shipping?
Jewelry is packaged inside of an organaza bag to prevent tangling (and can be used for jewelry storage after delivery). Organza bag is shipped inside a bubble mailer for extra protection.
Is your jewlery handmade?
Yes! I make each piece completely by myself (aside from purchasing the materials). Each bead is strung, and each piece of chain is cut by me!
