Soy wax is a vegetable-derived wax made from soy. It burns slower than paraffin wax, which means longer burning candles. Soy wax is a cleaner burning wax unlike paraffin, which may produce soot and toxins.

Yes, the wicks we uses are cordless, non-directional, cotton flat braid wicks with paper filament throughout, providing increased rigidity.

All our products are made in Chester, NJ, USA. Currently we do not ship internationally. Only within the continental USA.

Our soaps are made via the hot process method and the cold process method. Hot process soaps will have a more rustic look and the cold process soaps will have a slightly smoother look. The soap will perform the same way with both methods.

All our candles are sold by wax weight, not jar capacity. Unfortunately, there are too many companies that will list their candles by the size of their jar and not the weight of the wax which is NOT the proper way to do it. For example, they will pour wax into a 16 ounce jar and sell it as a 16 ounce candle. The reality is the candle is more like 13-14 ounces (13-14 ounces of wax), not 16 ounces. Always check with sellers and make sure you get what you pay for.

We do ship during the summer months but may delay shipping during extreme heat until the temperature seems reasonable. Soy wax has the potential to melt in high temperatures and our goal is to provide you with a product the way it was intended to be.

This is completely normal. This tends to happen with soy wax and is a result of temperature change especially with shipping. This will not effect your candle's performance and it is a great way to tell that you are receiving a genuine soy candle.

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items that requires proof of purchase and notice must be within 14 days. A refund will be issued after we receive the returned item excluding the cost of shipping.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will require 2 photos of the damaged item and proof of purchase prior to replacing.
