Very nice he makes it look like your car

Let me start by just saying Ray gave me excellent customer service from beginning to end. He kept in constant contact with me throughout him making it. Took all my asks that I wanted done to it. I asked him to make the car in grey just like my RS3, he made the hood matte black and the Audi emblem on the front of the car gloss black to match my real car. Then before even shipping it, he texted me a picture of it to make sure that I was happy with it before sending it out! These framed plaques are great for people who love their cars. It's perfect for my garage but would also be cool sitting in your office or man cave. Don't hesitate, just buy it. You'll love it! He also threw on my Instagram handle instead of my name. I kept hitting him with custom request after request and he didn't hesitate to do everything i asked of him!

Very professional person and my charm came out beautifully

Ray was awesome. answered all my questions quickly. I continually asked him if could do this piece in this color and this other part in another color. He went above and beyond to make sure i was happy with the product and I was getting it exactly how i wanted, which was pretty custom I'm sure from his normal customers. would definitely do business with him again!
