Can I get a Custom Shape?
Yes! Custom shape requests do require minimums depending on what size acrylics you're ordering. Send me a convo to discuss.

Badge reel pulls are ~1.25” in diameter. Badge reel acrylic pieces are typically 1.5-2" Reels come standard as alligator swivel clip, but belt clips are also available. They are translucent facing with 34" retractable cord. Heavy duty reels are available for an added fee. Those feature a retractable metal cord, black facing and only come in belt clip style. They are larger at approx 1.5” diameter.

Regular keychains are 3" long/wide at their largest point. Mini keychains are 1.5" wide. Larger pieces (5" +) are available in some shapes. 5" shapes are perfect for Christmas ornaments!

To keep your acrylic item looking it's best, avoid cleaning with any harsh abrasives or alcohol. Use a damp cloth with a bit of soap and water, shall any smudges or dirt appear. NEVER soak your keychain as it could break the seal of the vinyl and cause it to lift. Avoid extreme heat. Breakable if dropped.

Occasionally, bubbles can appear in the vinyl when placing it on the acrylic. Once sealed with resin, they are barely noticeable, if at all. I do my best to avoid them, but it can happen.

Also, bubbles can sometimes appear during the curing of the UV resin over vinyl/glitter. UV resin is applied to cover MOST acrylic items. I do heat the resin to reduce the amount of bubbles, but they are often unavoidable. Bubbles do not change the durability of the item. Typically, if these occur you can only see them when turned a certain way in the light and they aren't noticeable otherwise.

Rush orders are on a case by case basis and can only be determined based on how many outstanding orders I have at a given time. Please convo me to discuss.

You can choose to expedite shipping upon checkout. Priority Mail (upgrade) typically arrives 2-3 days after shipment, where First Class (standard) usually arrives 2-5 days after shipment. Purchasing Priority shipping does NOT change my normal processing timeline or place your order ahead of any others; it only applies to the shipment time. Please convo me prior to ordering if you need an item by a certain date.

By law, I cannot use copyright images/logos. There are many options in this case to make something you still love and represents the item, without infringing on their intellectual property. Contact me to discuss. High school logos/mascots are often NOT copyrighted and can be used freely.

Items are warrantied for 21 days post delivery. You must reach out to me via Etsy convo prior to leaving a review for me to initiate your replacement.

Acrylic is 1/8" cast & VERY strong, but it is possible for it to break if dropped at a certain force and/or velocity. Items should be handled delicately. Warranty is void should item have been mishandled.

Standard badge reels used are rated for 100,000 pulls and should last ~3-4 months w/normal use. It's not recommended to hang heavy/extra items from your reel as it puts extra strain on the mechanism and leads to a shorter life span. Heavy duty upgrade is available, as well.

Past 21 days, you will be eligible for a discount on a new item.

I will ONLY ship to your Etsy address, so please be sure this info is 100% correct prior to checkout.

If you contact me to change the address after your order has been placed, I can add a note. However, in the "shipping" screen on Etsy, those notes do NOT show up. If I miss the note, your package may be shipped to the original address.

If your order is returned to me as undeliverable due to an incomplete/incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying a new shipping fee to then have the item re-shipped.

Colors may vary from screen to screen, computer monitor vs. cell phone, and depending on lighting. I take my photos under professional photography bulbs, in a dimly lit basement studio.

Variations may occur in glitter colors- either due to changes in dye lot/available colors. I will always let you know if an item is no longer available or I have discontinued use if I am not satisfied with its quality.

Chunky glitter is beautiful and VERY popular, but note that significant variance can occur when used. Chunky glitter is mixed with resin and a dash of its fine color match. Because it is hand mixed and applied for each order, there is no way to exactly replicate each mix. It is not meant to be solid, unlike the ultra fine glitters.

Prior to the item shipping you can note the "ship by" date on your receipt. This is the last possible date your order will ship. If I am running full timelines due to heavy order influx this may be the EXACT date that your item will ship. If your ship by date falls on a postal holiday or Sunday, it will ship the next business day.

Once I print the shipping label, a tracking number will be created. You will receive an email with this tracking number. You can always find this info by visiting your receipt, as well.
