4 out of 5 starsI purchased three digital prints and had them professionally printed at A1 size. Two printed perfectly, but the third was clearly pixelated and blurry. The printing centre inspected the file, scaled it to A1, zoomed in and printed it twice, confirming the issue was with the digital file, not the printer. It was also noticeably lower quality when compared with the other two digital images originally sent by seller. I contacted George from KickOffCreationShop and was disappointed by the response. Rather than investigating, I was told it was the printer’s fault despite the evidence. After a lot of unnecessary back and forth, the matter was eventually resolved, which I appreciate. However, the experience was far more difficult than it needed to be.
